ABOUT 

Eva Matzinger 

Originally from Switzerland and now based in London, Eva Matzinger is a passionate and driven creative with a strong commitment to help bring impactful work to life. A recent graduate of MetFilm School (August 2025), she is actively building a career in London’s growing film industry while remaining open to international collaborations and opportunities.

Prior to joining MetFilm, Eva wrote her final project at her previous College, on the early political influences of Hollywood and other major film hubs throughout history. This has further deepened her passion for cinematic history and storytelling. During her time at film school, she produced several short films, including a documentary short. Her recent projects include Smoke City Scandal, a student-led TV mini-series with a crew of over 30 people. She is also currently in post-production for 7 Minutes, a short film she produced and that was shot at seven different locations throughout Kent.

Eva is trilingual, fluent in English, German and Thai, with a strong passion to connect with creatives from around the world. She entered the film industry with the goal of encouraging more women to step into producing roles and with hopes to represent Switzerland on an international scale.
